Tim Berrini
President/Founder	Tim Berrini has an extensive background including over thirteen years in the industry. Starting in the early 90’s where he serviced hundreds of Commercial and Residential accounts, Schools, Hospitals, large and small facilities. Tim serviced all of the Red Lobster and Olive Garden accounts in the Midwest, including Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

Pat Heitzman
Master Technician	Pat Heitzman also has over 15 years of experience, including an extensive background in AIB technology. While with a large corporation, Pat conducted food safety programs for their large distribution centers. Pat is recognized in the industry as one of the most knowledgeable service oriented technicians.

Larry Turpin
Sales/Service Consultant	Larry Turpin's pest control experience ranges from Technician to General Manager and spans over 17 years. Larry started his pest control career in California becoming certified in termite control and fumigation. He spent several years working in Pest Control and worked his way up to General Manager for a large Minnesota pest control firm. Larry brings to Accurate Pest Control a vast experience and a wealth of information on pest control. Larry is recognized and respected by his peers in the pest control industry.

David Swedin
Master Technician	David Swedin is a Master Technician whose experience in pest control started 16 years ago. David is a veteran of the profession, is master licensed, and is a skilled trainer to new technology and materials in the industry.

Ashley von der Hoff
Office Coordinator

All of our pest control technicians are and will be required to have a Master License (Master SPCA - Structural Pest Control Applicator) Certification. This means that our technicians are over and above a journeyman in the industry; with a minimum of two years' experience behind them. All Accurate Pest Control SPCA technicians are required to complete annual re-certification and attend annual training provided by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the Minnesota and National Pest Management associations. This includes emergency spill and response training. A list of emergency response phone numbers and contacts are provided with the proposal. In addition to SPCA Certification, our pest control technicians also complete the Pest Management Technology course offered by Purdue University.
